Who we are

Timmi (“we”) provides appointment booking software for service providers and their guests. Providers control their public booking page and customer records. Contact the provider first for questions about a specific appointment. For platform privacy questions, email the operator of this Timmi deployment via the contact details on timmibook.com.

Data we process

• Providers: account email, password (hashed), profile, services, availability, appointment history, and subscription billing status.
• Guests: name, phone, optional email/notes, appointment details, and a confirmation code used to check request status.
• Billing: If a provider subscribes, Polar (merchant of record) processes payment details. We store subscription status, Polar customer/subscription ids, and webhook delivery metadata — not full card numbers.
• Technical: session cookies for signed-in providers, and operational logs for reliability and security. We do not use advertising SDKs.

Why we process it

To provide booking, confirmations, provider dashboards, account security, and paid workspace access. Transactional email is sent when an address is available and email delivery is enabled. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Infrastructure is provided by Supabase (auth, database, storage). When configured, Resend sends email and Polar processes provider subscriptions. Data is processed according to their terms and our configuration.

Retention

Provider accounts and appointment history are kept while the workspace is active. Guest data is retained with the provider’s records for scheduling and audit. Closing a provider account is handled as an operations process. Email delivery logs may be purged periodically.

International transfers

Supabase, Resend, and Polar may process data outside Jordan, including the EU and United States, with contractual safeguards. If you use Timmi from Jordan, we process data to operate the service under applicable Jordanian personal-data rules.

Your choices

Guests can contact the provider to update or cancel an appointment, and can check status with their confirmation code. Providers can update profile and customer records in the dashboard, manage billing in Polar’s customer portal, and request account help via the support channel on the product site.
